Solution

Commissions are paid on request when you have reached the required threshold

Simply log in to the TE where you would like to claim your commissions, click "Affiliates" in the main menu. Then choose "Commissions".

You will then be able to see how much commissions you have earned and claim of you have sufficient.

Please allow me time to make your payment. I am not on the computer 24/7 and sometimes I may even be cheeky enough to take a week off with my family.
